Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups self rising flour
2 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 cups chopped macadamia nuts
1/3 cup flaked coconut
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. In medium bowl, cream
together the butter, shortening, brown sugar, and white sugar until
smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Stir in flour til blended
then fold in the white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts and coconut.
Roll the dough into walnut sized balls. Place cookies 3 inch apart on
cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
