Ingredients:
4 oz linguine pasta
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced in strips
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
4 fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 green onion, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add linguine and cook for 8-10
minutes, drain. Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl; toss to
coat. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in butter 5-7
minutes. Add green & red peppers, mushrooms, and onions (2-3 minutes).
Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Season the sauce with basil,
lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder, pepper and heat. In a large bowl,
toss linguine with sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
